One of my favorite foods is a juicy, tender steak cooked well done but not burnt. It does something to my stomach when I see that the meat is still red I can´t stand when it is not cooked thoroughly. When it is cooked thoroughly, but not burnt it is the best!! When a good sirloin steak is grilled it is like heaven on earth when it has the perfect combinations of seasonings-not too salty, but to enhance the steaks flavor, with the grilled taste what more can you ask for. Here are some tips to help you grill the best steaks.
First you need a good Coleman Roadtrip Grill which is perfect because no matter the size it can be easily moved around since it has wheels for easy transport. Too, it has knobs that you can use to control the intensity of the heat and with the heat tent that it has you can lower it allowing the meat to cook more thoroughly. You can find a variety of sizes of Roadtrip grills from the small Coleman roadtrip propane party grill which is very small-doesn´t have wheels but is small enough to carry in your arms- to the bigger Coleman Roadtrip Pro Grill which have two burners for spreaded area to cook on for more steaks at a time.
After purchasing or taking out your roadtrip grill you could have your steak prepared- I like to sprinkle a tenderizing seasoned salt and if you like worchesteshire sauce already evenly distributed on your steak. Let the seasoned salt and sauce set for a few minutes so your steak can absorb the flavor. (I am not always crazy about charcoal flavored but some people are. You can grill your steak right over the heat making the natural flavors of your steak peak or you can grill with charcoal if you like that flavor).
When you have let your steak penetrate the salt and the roadtrip grill is heated and ready for grilling, you can sprinkle a tiny amount of garlic or onion salt and if you like minced onion over your steak on the side that you are going to place down over the flames of your roadtrip grill. After your steak begins to cook well adjust the temperature so that it doesn´t cook too fast or it will dry out and not be cooked on the inside. Lower the heat tent and allow the heat to even distribute hence allowing the steak to cook more completely. One tip that I have learned about when grilling meat whether it is steak, chicken or hamburgers you should not flip them over more than once or twice on each side, if you allow to cook well on one side then flip it the flavor stays in well and the juices allow the steak to come out tender and moist not dry.
If you like carmelized green onions place them on the roadtrip pro ss grill next to the steak and allow them to cook right along side of the steak, with the heat tent lowered the steak and onions with their combinations make the flavors of both items to blossom with just the right taste. Once your steak has been grilled to your desire on your roadtrip grill you can top it off with your favorite steak sauce and you are ready to go.
If you are not fond of the propane roadtrip grill you can consider a barbecue grills which is also great for your perfect steak or your camping gear trip.
With a good set of Coleman roadtrip grill accesories which are a designed for your roadtrip grill you can use these to turn your meat and take it off the grill so that you don´t get burnt, then enjoy your steak. With a good cold soft drink from your
